i have trouble when installing compizconfig-backend-kconfig-0.8.2 in my gentoo with kde 4.3, his said checking for kde-config... not found, can any one to help me??

compizconfig-backend-kconfig depends on KDE 3.5, not KDE 4.3. you can
disable the "kde" USE flag for compiz-fusion by adding the following line on
/etc/portage/package.use:
x11-wm/compiz-fusion -kde
