The Mozilla ebuild currently on Portage is version 1.32r2. The current
stable version of Mozilla is 1.4. When will this be updated?

I have just applied final fixes to the Mozilla 1.4 ebuild, you can
emerge it by specifying your ~arch keyword as appropriate or specifying
the full path to the ebuild file.
If all goes well it will be marked stable for x86 in about a week.
