Hi

In the Gentoo Linux 1.0rc6 Installation Instructions, in the grub
section, there's a little error;

Unless grub is installed in /boot/boot/grub, the code listing 39
should read:

default 0
timeout 30
splasgimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
....

since the (hd0,0) is identical to the /boot/
(as it reads now, its ...(hd0,0)/boot/grub...)


Otherwise, its a great guide.

[Lost Logic]

By default gentoo linux puts a symlink called boot to . in the /boot directory
therefore this code listing is perfectly valid.
