While working on a VMWare bug (and updating to the newest version), I
noticed that the ebuilds are a mess and we still have old ebuilds which
have security flaws in them in portage.  I plan on removing all ebuilds
except the most recent 3.x series and the most recent 4.x series
ebuilds.  If there are no objections to this, I will be doing it next
weekend.  I'm giving a week notice so everybody can either upgrade to
the newest version in their series or I can get some convincing reasons
not to remove the older versions.
