As it happens, I had the exact same card! Well, almost. I had the 2MB version. There was a 2MB module that you could use to upgrade to a total of 4MB, but I was never able to find it anywhere. And there was no "online shopping" back then. As result, I was only able to play Tomb Raider 1 at 512x384 instead of 640x480 :-)
