Hi. I am doing an upgrade from gcc 4.9.2 to 5.3.0 and I am having
trouble emerging media-sound/paprefs. I get the following:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/5.3.0/../../../../lib64/libgtkmm-2.4.so:
undefined reference to `Glib::ustring::ustring(std::string const&)'

So, what do I have to emerge to fix this? I tried dev-libs/glib, but
no joy.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

There isn't a log of information but it seem like you need to emerge gtkmm.

Because you didn't provide to much information no one is going to reply.
My reply is just a guess.

So, what more information do you need?

Thanks.
