Then, rsync behaves kind of stupid, because if rsync always uses the same server, and the server doesn't work, then the sync will not work. But rsync could chose a different server, well, the second-best server, if the best server has failed. But it didn't do that :-( Well, but any discussion about that would be off-topic. --------------enigC83DB2865C199B9709B51D53 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (Cygwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFmZYa7Ww7FjRBE4ARAsJ/AJ40fSDo2qQAoleDS7RnLKykcPa3/QCfb1pO +cFJ2IJeUM04ad+ExJbeMIY= =JJ6e -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enigC83DB2865C199B9709B51D53-- -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
