You haven't really made it cl= ear whether you meant mod_proxy (which as kashani
said is part of apache= itself) or mod_proxy_html. /usr/sbin/apxs2 is part of
apache-2.x so does the file exist? Please post the output of:

# = ls /usr/sbin/apxs2

# emerge -vp apache

If apxs2 exists you ma= y just need `env-update && source /etc/profile`.
