Subject: [gentoo-user] php-gtk-1.0.2 merge fails
Date: Wed, 25 Oct 2006 13:19:14 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <ad4496950610250419t3a7039e0qe645be92dcc682c9@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Hi all,
i'm trying to merge dev-php4/php-gtk-1.0.2 but it fails with these errors:
first: when trying to build it from a Virtual terminal i got this error :
/usr/lib/php4/bin/php -q
/var/tmp/portage/dev-php4/php-gtk-1.0.2/work/php_gtk-1.0.2/generator/generator.php
-o ext/gtk%2b/gdk.overrides -p Gdk ext/gtk%2b/gdk.defs >
ext/gtk+/gen_gdk.c
make: *** [ext/gtk+/gen_gdk.c] Error 1
!!! ERROR: dev-php4/php-gtk-1.0.2 failed.
Call stack:
ebuild.sh, line 1568: Called dyn_compile
ebuild.sh, line 937: Called src_compile
php-gtk-1.0.2.ebuild, line 54: Called php-ext-source-r1_src_compile
php-ext-source-r1.eclass, line 57: Called die
when trying to build it from pesdo terminal like aterm xterm ...etc -
inside working Xorg - i got this error:
ext/gtk+/gen_gtk.c:1: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or
'__attribute__' before 'not'
make: *** [ext/gtk+/gen_gtk.lo] Error 1
!!! ERROR: dev-php4/php-gtk-1.0.2 failed.
Call stack:
ebuild.sh, line 1568: Called dyn_compile
ebuild.sh, line 937: Called src_compile
php-gtk-1.0.2.ebuild, line 54: Called php-ext-source-r1_src_compile
php-ext-source-r1.eclass, line 57: Called die
Important note:
these errors appears after "emerge --sync" and i have already
dev-php4/php-gtk-1.0.2 merged succesfully befor that "emerge --sync &&
emerge -e world" so there's 2 changes in the system:
1- Portage tree updated
2- System full update and some world PKGs updated and sure php-4/5 update.
that's exactly what have been changed in the system and there's no
make.conf nor /etc/portage changes .
any one have a soulution ?
thanks all.
