Subject: [gentoo-user] search patterns in less(1)
Date: Thu, 18 Jul 2019 22:40:55 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <a4d4e878-870b-8855-96dc-d79edde60a53@web.de> (raw)
in less(1), how do you search for a pattern at the beginning (or ending)
of a word.
Elsewhere, you prepend (or append) the pattern with \< (\>) but that's
not working for me with gentoo.
Also, where the change is documented.
