Right.  Keep in mind that with VMWa= re you can mount your linux home
directory as a SMB share.

Another advantage of a seperate &= nbsp;/home is that you can reinstall the OS
without effecting your impor= tant personal data and settings.   I realize
on your current s= ystem /mnt/share really handled some of that but
thought I'd mention it as well.
