I'd instead sugge= st you take a look at Mullvad and IVPN (maybe ProtonVPN too if your threat model doesn't include governments or any kind of law enforcement). A VPN tu= nnel basically routes all traffic directed at it to the VPN server, so you'd probably have to employ something like split tunneling t keep traffic= seperate (guide: https://mullvad.net/en/help/split-tunneling-with-linux-advanced/) (basic gu= ide:=C2=A0https://mullvad.net/en/help/split-tunneling-with-the-mullvad-app/= ). And you'll need to always keep in mind that a VPN is a low-level protection= . It's enough for protecting yourself against spammers, script kiddies or similar but it can't keep you private in the face of any high-level threats= . Don't place too much trust in VPNs.
