I don't really remember why I didn't stick with mutt, but I know there were some reasons (colors? difficult to configure? I think there was something else too). Anyway, pine has proven good enough, till now. Once in a while, when there's some mail with visual contents, I use thunderbird, through a ssh tunnel.
