I have the following (default) keyboard shortcuts in xfce4:
XF86Display
<Super>p
<Control>Escape
<Control><Alt>Delete
<Alt>F2
<Alt>F2 works, but <Control>Escape and <Control><Alt>Delete don't
work. I don't know what keys correspond to XF86Display and <Super>p
so I haven't tested those. The commands associated with the two
shortcuts that don't work do execute successfully so I'm not sure what
the problem is. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is a problem that was introduced in GTK >= 2.24.7 recently. There
is a fix for libxfce4ui to make the keyboard shortcuts work again at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=768704 but vte needs to be
patched, too. For more info see
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=626792

setup: xfce with these pkgs installed:
Tue Dec 16 19:29:00 2014 >>> dev-util/xfce4-dev-tools-4.11.0
Tue Dec 16 19:32:47 2014 >>> xfce-base/libxfce4util-4.11.0
Tue Dec 16 19:35:38 2014 >>> xfce-base/libxfce4ui-4.11.1
Tue Dec 16 19:39:51 2014 >>> xfce-base/xfce4-panel-4.11.1
Tue Dec 16 19:40:16 2014 >>> xfce-base/xfce4-appfinder-4.11.0
Tue Dec 16 19:40:50 2014 >>> xfce-base/xfce4-settings-4.11.3
Tue Dec 16 19:42:22 2014 >>> xfce-base/xfce4-session-4.11.0-r2
Tue Dec 16 19:43:53 2014 >>> xfce-base/xfce4-meta-4.10
I find, with the above pkgs installed, when I set a keyboard shortcut
with the `keyboard' item on `settings' menu. They do not work.
Is there a specific xfce4 pkg one needs installed for kbshortcuts to
work?
Or any other ideas why they do not work?
