Using a UK-based portage mirror here:

With adobe-flash-27.0.0.170 still available in the portage tree:

equery -q w adobe-flash

/usr/portage/www-plugins/adobe-flash/adobe-flash-27.0.0.170.ebuild

You may want to try a different mirror. See if that helps.
