swap, /home, /usr/portage, /var/tmp and /var/log on a 1To SATA HDD (sdb)

I would put the portage tree on the SDD.

E= ach time you sync the portage, you should write on the SSD...
Is = it a good thing ?
As Volker said, i put =A0/var on the HDD, and i= t works fine.
