Finally, i put :

/boot  ,  / and /home on SSD,
/var and /usr/portage on HDD
Big files on HDD and some symlinks pointing to HDD (.config, .local, etc...)
/tmp and /home/<user>/.cache to tmpfs.

Everything works perfectly and now it's fast and silent ;  a real pleasure !

Next time i'll have to go to 8Go RAM.
