I already have linux-firmware in= my system, just put brcmsmac in my kernel (was set to =3Dn), and still hav= e same result tough.

According to the b43 page on linux wireless [1], the BCM4313 chipset<= br> is not yet supported, but someone is working on it.
There is, however, another driver [2] which should work if the correct
firmware is installed, try emerging linux-firmware and then modprobe
brcmsmac
