I am now suspicious of one of the browsers (I use Firefox and Chrome, and always kept them opened), because all I could get was a kernel log message referring to browser traffic (?) prior to one of those freezes. For a few days now, I always close the browsers, and have had no freeze. Good luck, and please keep us updated.
