I suspected that sysrescue and Gentoo do not have signed boot loaders on their isos (does Gentoo even have isos? Haven=E2=80=99t used anything but s= ysrescue in ages=E2=80=A6). That=E2=80=99s why I downloaded and tried the current U= buntu server iso, believing that it would have a signed boot loader. That didn=E2=80=99= t boot.
