Thank you Wonko, that's the answer to my problem, now I have installed
Imagemagick without any problem.

I just did:

echo "=perl-core/ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.20.0" >> /etc/portage/package.mask
emerge -1v perl-core/ExtUtils-ParseXS
