I have write the follow package.mask
gentoomobile ~ # cat /etc/portage/package.mask
>app-office/libreoffice-4.1.0.3
>app-office/libreoffice-l10n-4.1.0.3
<app-office/libreoffice-4.1.0.2
<app-office/libreoffice-l10n-4.1.0.2
Now portage want nothing upgrade. Happy Gentoo User :)
