Some Monday humour. Actually, it should be more like:

emerge -C gnome
emerge gnome-light
emerge -a --depclean
come_back_to_here:
	revdep-rebuild -i
	emerge -a --depclean
	if error_count!=0 then
		goto come_back_to_here
	else
		break
	endif
