You need an OpenRC use flag to install OpenRC init scripts? That's
simply a lie. If you don't want OpenRC scripts in /etc/init.d, you
need to set INSTALL_MASK accordingly. The same with systemd if you
don't want unit files in /usr/lib/systemd/system.
