AdblockPlus, "Select an element to hide". Selecting the red window with 
the mouse will add something like this to the blocking list:
aliexpress.com##.ui-window.ui-window-normal.ui-window-transition.ui-newuser-layer-dialog
and
aliexpress.com##.newuser-container
