Hi,
According to your "restart" output, net.eth0 sarts at boot runlevel, it
should start at default runlevel. Check this with 'rc-update -s'
If it really starts during boot runlevel, try the following :
> rc-update del net.eth0
> rc-update add net.eth0 default
Then restart the system.
