Does anyone here know who runs this list? The number of missing emails
is running quite high lately, and some threads are getting hard to
follow, depending on the respondents quoting and snipping style. I seem
to have missed almost half of the discussion on domainname going on.

I know everyone isn't having this problem, but I see more and more folks
mentioning it.

Thanks,
festus

File a bug at http://bugs.gentoo.org (if there is not one there already)

Comment #15 is mine. My remote ISP's MTA rejects (as in 5XX, not a
bounce) emails containing "bare linefeeds". This happens before my
blocking rules see the email, so I can't do anything about it. This ISP
is the only that allows me to admin stmtp-stage spamblocking, without
having to admin my own machine. I like the power of being able to issue
the big 550, rather than merely diverting to a spam folder. I simply
have no alternative, short of running my own MTA, and all that entails.
