Subject: [gentoo-user] www-client/opera not asking for master password
Date: Mon, 29 Oct 2018 07:17:39 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <6aec2c99-45d0-0940-9078-0a2055ac8580@st.com> (raw)
I recently started using Opera browser. According to the manuals it should be possible to
store web site passwords locally protected by a 'master' password (I don't want to create
an opera account). On my ~amd64 installation there is an entry in the Settings menu
showing the stored passwords but Opera never asks me to set up a password to protect them.
Is this a common issue or am I missing something in my installation?
thanks,
raffaele
