Hi group,
On my way from updating from 2.6.16 to 2.6.20 kernels
decided to upgrade ati-drivers and went to
http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_ATI_Drivers
for a refresher. It says to run equery to see that
dloader use flag is off but this is what I get:
localhost ~ # equery uses xorg-x11
[ Searching for packages matching xorg-x11... ]
[ Colour Code : set unset ]
[ Legend : Left column (U) - USE flags from
make.conf ]
[ : Right column (I) - USE flags packages
was installed with ]
!!! No installed packages found for xorg-x11
Which is obviously wrong:
localhost ~ # ls /var/log/portage/*xorg-x11*
/var/log/portage/2504-xorg-x11-6.8.2-r6.log
/var/log/portage/2505-xorg-x11-6.8.2-r6.log
/var/log/portage/x11-base:xorg-x11-7.0-r1:20061008-112207.log
/var/log/portage/x11-base:xorg-x11-7.0-r1:20061010-011904.log
/var/log/portage/x11-base:xorg-x11-7.0-r1:20061010-022817.log
Anybody understand what's going on here?
-Maxim
