You never had a problem with it. Neither has anyone else really. So what are you worried about again? Just pretend that "alpha" isn't in the name and it isn't masked - effectively that is actual status - last I heard from Zac there is one or two odd edge cases that still aren't 100% right, but few people ever run into them.
