Anyone else getting "no carrier" when trying to set up a network bridge
with TUN/TAP? I use that for KVM, and it doesn't work since last reboot.

I saw the issue mentioned on forums.gentoo.org, no solution.

Downgrading openrc didn't help as well.

Any help available?
