After all, it just symlinks to itself. At least mine does here anyway. ;-) As to the kernel, it boots the exact same kernel. That is the only kernel I have for that version. If grub was pointing to anything else, it wouldn't be there to even try to boot. What should I add to fstab for /dev? This is a desktopy rig. Thanks.
