I ran into this a good while back.  I deleted the config file then 
logged out and back in.  It fixed it and I haven't heard a peep out of 
it since.  The file should be this one and here:

/home/<user name>/.kde4/share/config/phonondevicesrc

Replace <user name> with your user name of course.
