Needless to say, this has the potential of leading to problems with files, which is what I thought was wrong with KDE. I don't KNOW that this is the problem but it is a possibility. After the install gets done, I do plan to run some tests before even booting into the new install. I just hope this drive isn't going out on me. It's not to old but we all know how they are. They break when they are ready, not when it is convenient for us. If the tests fail, then maybe I can fix some things in my old install after some repairs. If it passes the test, I hope the new install does better. I'll report what happens tho. Thinking about it, I got 16Gbs on here. That could take a while to test. O_O Dale :-) :-)
