I ask because=20 in my 'knowing very little mind' I think it is trying to make a link to=20 a file that kdelibs is supposed to be making. It may be trying to link=20 to something that isn't there yet so it failed. If you have that set to=20 2 or higher, try setting it to 1 and see if that helps. Hope that works.
