Perhaps I misunderstand, but suspend2 has l= ong worked alongside 3d
acceleration. In my experience, some of the prop= rietary graphics drivers
(ATI's fglrx for example) do not work at all. H= owever I use the=20 X.org
included Radeon drivers (and standard= Radeon DRI kernel model) and have
had no problems whatsoever. It could = be a different story for the card
in your machine (a Rage II by the look= s of it).
