Now if I obey instructions, portage will be downgraded to 2.1.9.24. I really prefer the 2.2 series unless something has gone very wrong, why is this happening and how can I prevent this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. -- Your life is like a penny. You're going to lose it. The question is: How do you spend it? John Covici covici@ccs.covici.com
