What you see is bug 132322 on B.G.O., which should have been fixed in 2006-05-05. And net-print/foomatic was removed in April of 2007 http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.gentoo.weekly-news/208 So I think you can probably unmerge foomatic and try again.
