Not a user of foo2zjs or anything, but I somewhat compulsively check these 
things when I read them on this list, and saw that the ebuild you attached is 
in fact in the portage tree, see https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/net-print/foo2zjs.  It's just a live ebuild, so I suppose that Frank Steinmetzger 
meant that whatever release was once in the tree got dropped, leaving only the 
live ebuild.

[ BTW, I only now consciously realised that it's Steinmetz*ger*.  What an 
interesting mental image that conjures ;-) . ]
