Subject: [gentoo-user] advice for a desktop search package?
Date: Sun, 06 May 2007 20:34:50 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <463E3BEA.4070808@gmail.com> (raw)
Hi,
I'd like to know, in your humble or less humble opinion, what's a good
desktop search package for Gentoo. Preferibly I'd like KDE integration.
I am aware of the following:
- Beagle
- Strigi
- Kat
Are there others? What are pros/cons of these packages?
Sorry for the flamebait :),
m.
