The font token starts with the foundry it's from -- b&h. This translates to bh in the package name. It's specified using the old core fonts setup (the foo-blah-*-foo-140-*-etc), so I know it's probably a bitmap font, meaning 75dpi or 100dpi. It's not lucidatypewriter but just lucida, so I'm able to eliminate those font-bh-lucidatypewriter-* packages. That just leaves font-bh-{100,75}dpi.
