There is a list at http://www.linuxselfhelp.com/HOWTO/C++Programming-HOWTO-12.html for example. KDevelop is one of the most used afaik. I (personally) could also recommend Eclipse which I have used for java development, but which is said to support C/C++ by now. I recently heard about a new IDE at http://www.codeblocks.org/ happy trying.
