Rather, "we" solved this issue. I'd like to thank those who helped me, I am so happy. The problem was ithreads USE flag in both libperl and perl. Removing those, remerging libperl, running perl-cleaner all, then remerging perl, and again running perl-cleaner all, resulted in both mozilla and mozilla-firefox merging successfully. Thanks again!
