To use virtual hosting with Apache2, you should them up in the
/etc/apache2/conf/vhosts/vhosts.conf file. Then you need to add this
directive within the Virtual Host block:-
<directory /usr/local/koha/opac/cgi-bin/>
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</directory>
Repeat this section for /usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/
This should get it working.
