Is there really no bootparamd in Gentoo??
Hi list,
which portage contains bootparamd? I need it for netbooting Sun
workstations from our Linux server.
Thanks for your help.

netkit-bootpd
but I'm just guessing. OTOH, there's no netkit-bootpd on the netkit ftp, so I guess this is netkit-bootparamd. Don't know why this isn't even mentioned in the ebuild's description... only searching for "netkit" led me to this...

Thanks for your reply Hans-Werner. netkit-bootpd indeed contains
bootparamd. Finding the right package can be quite cumbersome with
Gentoo :-(
