Hi!
I wanted to to a emerge -Dvu world, but suddenly it stopped and i saw, that
the ncurses-lib was missing, so i wanted to reemrge it, but it said, that there
isnt a C-Compiler installed, so i did a emerge glibc

Not a so good situation, if the only problem are ncurses try to copy
binaries from another linux installation or livecd.
if you have locate/slocate, and it's not updated you can also try to
find where the old libraryes where and what version they had.
Then also if the system seems work maybe a good idea do an
emerge -eD world
this wold re-compile all your system (at least one night)
