Yes, Actually I have a INPUT_DEVICES="keyboard mouse synaptics evdev" in my make.conf.. Now I am testing deleting evdev of my make.conf.

I suppose you have no INPUT_DEVICES="[...]" line in your /etc/make.conf
before compiling X.
