The problem with that is Gentoo is not supposed to be easy to use, it is
a "power user"'s distro. Sucking someone in with the guise of being like
Windows is only likely to put them off Linux once they read page 1 of the
installation instructions.
There are distros that aim to be easy to use for Windows users, Gentoo is
not one of them.
