You don't need a queue for ipp, unlike say for lpd:

From the results above it does not seem like ipp is supported (you got a 405) 
but I am not sure.  You can try this to see if it reports an ipp or other 
server version running on that port:

 nmap -A -T4 -P0 -vvv <printer's IP address> -p 631
