That's my feeling too, since smartd is reporting sectors failing by the dozen. However the smartctl -H test gave me a clean bill of health. That's my feeling too, since smartd is reporting sectors failing by the dozen. However the smartctl -H test gave me a clean bill of health. The kernel is 3.6.8, I have already upgraded with no improvement.
